Electrical Services

Every service backed by CA Lic. 847255. Permit pulled before we start. Inspection passed before we close. Lifetime warranty on installation labor.

Every Service. One Electrician.

Master Electrician Steve Torres has been doing this work in Vacaville and the North Bay for thirty years. Each service page below covers what that specific job entails, what the permit process looks like, and how to get a written scope before anything begins. The full catalog runs from a single dead outlet to a whole-home generator, and the same hands that diagnose the problem are the hands that fix it.

What ties all of it together is the approach, not the product. Whether the call is a tripping breaker, a panel that maxed out, a room that needs recessed lighting, or backup power for the next outage, the work starts with figuring out what is actually going on before anything gets quoted or installed. That is the part most people never see and the part that decides whether a job is done once or done three times. Below the catalog is the order every job moves through, so you know what to expect before you pick up the phone.

What To Expect On Every Job

The service is different from one call to the next. The order it moves through is not. Every job, large or small, walks the same six steps, so there are no surprise charges and no work that gets quoted before anyone has looked at the actual problem.

First

We Diagnose

Nothing gets quoted until the cause is found. The meter goes on the circuit, the panel gets checked, and the wiring gets traced if it needs to be. A symptom at the outlet often lives somewhere else entirely, and guessing is what turns one repair into three. The first visit is about getting the answer right.

Then

We Scope It In Writing

Once we know what the job involves, you get a written scope before any work starts. It spells out what we found, what it will take to fix or install, and what it costs. The on-site look is free, and there is no obligation to move forward. You decide with the full picture in front of you.

Next

We Pull The Permit

When the work requires a permit, we pull it before the first wire goes in. Panel work, new circuits, and service upgrades all need one. We handle the paperwork with the local building department so the job is on record and inspected, not done quietly and left undocumented.

Then

We Install

The person who diagnosed the problem is the person who does the work. Listed parts sized for your specific panel and load, connections made and torqued correctly, and a job site left clean. The same master electrician standard applies whether it is one outlet or a whole-home rewire.

Then

We Pass Inspection

On permitted work, the job is not closed until the inspector signs off. We schedule the inspection, meet the inspector on site, and correct anything flagged. That sign-off is your proof the work meets code, which matters at resale and matters more the day something is ever questioned.

Always

We Stand Behind It

Every installation carries a lifetime warranty on the labor. If something we installed fails because of how it was installed, we come back and make it right. Thirty years in business in the same region only works one way: doing the job right and earning the trust of the families and businesses that depend on it.
